Hello,
I was wondering if anyone (preferably a teen, im 15) would like to make a web design site for a part time job (after school or w/e) Im great with flash and ok with photoshop, fireworks, and dreamweaver. Also i would like some1 who is laid back and likes to have fun while working. I wont be paying anybody anything but we will split the earnings of what we do. You dont have to be the best at any progs , this can be a learning experience and a development of a portfoilio for future jobs(must be good/ok at one web design program) Sorry if thats confsing, im not the best writer but if you are interested email me at chaos@flash-matic.com or reply to this

I am on EAD currently. Priority date is Nov 2004 (EB3).
I just switched to a new employer using AC21. Can I file for my EB2 and then interfile AOS ?.
I understand that we need to file new Labor and I140. What happens at I485 ?. Do we need to revoke the current I485 and then apply for a new one. What will be status at that point and what will happen to the EAD ?.
Please point me to any thread if this has already been discussed.

Yes, you can stay in US as long as your I-485 is pending. In order to work, you need EAD, which you can file at any point of time (even if the previous one gets expired). Please note that you have to wait for the I-765 approval before stating to work on EAD.

They might not necessarily ask you, but its always safe to have the below documents.
In our case, they asked us once and the other time, they did not care.
1. Copies of Passport of both the parents (page with picture and name details)
2. A letter authorizing your in-laws to accompany your daughter.
Get it notarized if you can. If not, send the signed copies.
If you need a format for the letter(nothing fancy, was drafted by myself), let me know, I can dig out the one I used.

Hello Folks,
We should call the new organizations. But in this case people will talk about this issue for a day, maybe two. The one thing that will catch people's attention is we do something OUT of the way!
I support one suggestion put forward by one of our members - Go the Munnabhai way! Send them flowers! Do you guy have any idea what kind of news that will be? If USCIS suddenly receive 1000s of flowers everyday? Granted we will be spending money from our pockets but that is a small price to pay to make our woes known to others!
This is really a cruel joke played by DOS and USCIS! We should not stand by and do nothing!
So, if people are interested... let us start a send a flower a day campaign!

Your Employer is wrong. USCIS won't send I-94 in separate mail.
As per my knowledge, One should not start working unless there is I-94 attached to I-797 Approval Notice.
Your wife need to go out of the US and get it stamped before start working.
At POE, the Immigration Officer will issue the new I-94 with valid H1-B Status.
Again I am not an attorney...
Please talk to attorney for further clarifications.
